Now, you t you know who you are after, the next thing is to determine what those prospects really want?
Ask yourself the following questions:
- What motivates them?
- What they are after?
- What is most important to them?
- Do they want a quick sale?
- Do they want top dollar?
- Do they want less hassle?
- Do they want the best value?
How to find what they want? You simply ask them.
Rather than assuming or guessing, you should be asking your customers directly by researching their needs at the first interview on the phone, at your first presentation, via email, at closing, etc.
Prepare a list of questions that will give the answers and start using them from now on.
